When we launched "Save Hiatus" in 2008, we went with a large 3-row, full-color format which really gave Adam room to stretch his artistic abilities. It also forced him to give up sleeping, so in 2009 we changed to the one-row B&W format and upped the publication days to three a week. These strips are Vol. 1, from back in the day. Executive Producer Lem Hackeney brokered a deal for novelizations of the scripts but this has been tied up since he insisted on using author James Blish, who died in 1975. Negotiations using a WiFi-enabled Ouija board are ongoing.
